I went to the gym sometime back (week before last). Did it once. Did not come back again.

Will do my best to make an effort next week.

Maybe I should start detailign what I eat everyday (though that may just make me more guilty).

We’re back…./ Kiss of death?

Everytime I blog it I lose it.

I figure, I keep trying, I’ll finally get it, don’t ya think?

Been going up more stairs, even with elevators in the same building and everything, I’m proud of myself.

Baby steps. I’m good with baby steps.

It’s how I stopped eating hamburgers, they now appall me.

I ate a salad today, with picante sauce as the dressing.

Supplemented it with chicken, fried yes, but still no fries in my dinner.

Except the ones I had at Chic-fil-a.

Now there’s a habit that needs breaking.

It would also help my cash flow if I didn’t spend $6 for lunch every day.

Sheesh.

Wish me luck.

Oh yea, Daria bought me Sour Patch, I had to eat it, it was a birthday gift for goodness sake!!

Day Four…./ Happy Sabbath

  • Exercise

    • Drinks
      • 4 glasses of water

Woke up at 4pm, slept at 9:30am so it’s even.

Day Three…../ Noodle <3

  • Exercise
  • Meals
    • 8pm–Teriyaki Noodles (3/4 packet)
    • 10pm — Teriyaki Noodles (3/4 packet)
      • I actually forgot I had already eaten earlier…this does not look promising.
    • Drinks
      • 6 glasses of water
      • 1 glass of passion juice
      • 1 glass of grape juice
  • Woke up at 4:30p and in my defense, I slept at 9am this morning.
    So there.

Day Two…./ Cookie Guilt

4 am
and I suck.

Finally woke up at 4pm. Shameful, acting like a got a hangover…from WATER!! I need to get it together.

  • Meals-off to a terrible start.
    • 4am — 2 cookies
      • 100 calories….each. Damn.
    • 4pm — Pasta w/ baked beans (odd but kind of yum)
    • 12am–Pasta w/ baked beans (again….I kno)
  • Drinks
    • 4 glasses of water
    • 2 glasses of 100% passion juice — yeh for the few good choices in life

Day One…./ Carpet Burn

Basic format to follow….Meals (breakdown by time since I don’t think I’ll do 3 squares a day), Exercise (type and length), and Drinks.

  • Exercise-It is possible to get carpet burn without the sex!! Now I know what those mats are for.
    • Cardio Warmup — about 10 minutes
    • Abs — 10 minutes
      • Additional 50 bicycle lifts
  • Meals-this is embarassing.
    • 3pm — ate 3 slices of red baron hamburger pizza (you know the one that comes in a box)
    • 9pm — ate 2 eggs (one had two yolks….mutant egg) with hashbrowns and 3 small chicken strips.
      • This is bad.
  • Drinks-yeh for this.
    • 2 glasses of passion juice (100% woot!)
    • 3 glasses of water (we’re getting there)

So this is not the best start, but it’s a start nonetheless.
Pray for me, boy am I gonna need it.


I’m amending this, I’m going to add the time I woke up. I need to do this a lot earlier in UT, might as well practice now.

Woke up at, oh yeah….1:45pm….and that’s only because I had to be awake while the cable guy messed around with the TV wires.

Umm……/Let’s Do This!!

Okay, so I’ve been trying to get healthier for a big long while now. And I do, for a time, then it’s right back to temptation. A deadly combination of food and laziness. I recognize that if I hit my 20’s at an unhealthy weight. I’m screwed because it will only get harder. So maybe logging it will help….right?


So on I go, to my own journey for health and fitness. I’d like to point out that this is strictly for health…maybe I’ll go dig up that agreement I made with Alicia, with some modifications of course. I’ll log everything, the failures and the successes.
